Responsibilities
The incumbent will join the esteemed cancer surveillance research team responsible for publishing the most widely cited cancer statistics in the world via their suite of Cancer Statistics articles and accompanying Cancer Facts & Figures reports. Major responsibilities include leading articles and reports on the descriptive epidemiology of cancer in African American people and Hispanic/Latinx people and publishing related scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. Additional duties include disseminating cancer surveillance information through media interviews and conference and meeting presentations; collaborating on other reports as needed; and participating in other projects of enterprise-wide importance as needed.
