Subject: Release Announcement: CDC NPCR's eMaRC Plus v9.0 and v10.0; Important updates posted
We have posted an important software patch to eMaRC Plus Version 9.0. If you have already downloaded the eMaRC Plus v9.0 upgrader prior to 12/19/2023, then please apply the cumulative patch to version v9.0.0.5 in order to address the items indicated on the download page. This update, and future releases to eMaRC Plus, are now located on the eMaRC Plus Knowledgebase page.
Additionally, we are very pleased to announce that eMaRC Plus v10.0 is now available! We have posted a new software upgrader to eMaRC Plus Version 10.x supporting NAACCR V23 format. This tool upgrades from eMaRC Plus v9.x to v10.x. In addition to the upgrader, a newly posted clean install for eMaRC Plus Version 10.0 is posted to the eMaRC Plus Knowledgebase page. Please review the release notes for a more detailed list of enhancements and bug fixes included.
Please note that eMaRC Plus v10.x is designed to make use of the Registry Plus Reference Tables database. More steps are included in the upgrade to v10 than in previous upgrades. Please review the guidance in this demonstration before upgrading. Send any questions to cancerinformatics@cdc.gov.
Please share this information with other members of your team, as appropriate.
Thank you,
Joe
