In this new role, the ePath Regulations and Standards Lead will lead the development of regulations to define and implement compliance standards to support improved ePath reporting per Senate Bill 344 (2023). The position will provide overall management of compliance requirements, including communication and education of regulatory changes. The ePath Regulations and Standards Lead will play a key role in advancing standardized electronic reporting in California through regulatory changes and building relationships with key CCR stakeholders and pathologists.
