NCI SRP Releases Latest SEER Data and Statistics NCI's Surveillance Research Program released SEER's latest data and statistics on April 17, 2024. The SEER website now shows data and statistics from the November 2023 SEER submission and U.S. Mortality through 2022. Please note that the DevCan/Lifetime Risk statistics were not included in this release. Since the early 1970s, the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program has been an invaluable resource for statistics on cancer in the United States, tracking and reporting trends in incidence, mortality, survival, and prevalence. SEER is supported by the Surveillance Research Program (SRP) in NCI's Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS). Updated annually and provided as a public service in print and electronic formats, SEER data are used by thousands of researchers, clinicians, public health officials, legislators, policymakers, community groups, and the public.
