NAACCR will submit its official comment to the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy (ASTP) for inclusion in the HTI-5 Federal Register. We strongly encourage all central registries and partners to submit comments on this proposed rule. A greater number of similar comments can help reinforce key concerns and potentially increase the likelihood of revisions.
The deadline to submit public comments on the HTI-5 proposed rule is Friday, February 27, at 5:00 PM ET.
