There have been several important updates we'd like to share. The NAACCR Data Standards and Data Dictionary (DS&DD) Version 26 Required Status table has been updated recently. Please refer to the Change Log to find a listing of changes: V26 Change Log.
The following recommended abbreviations have been made to the Abbreviations and Acronyms listing:
- These terms have been added to the Recommended Abbreviations for Abstractors section:
CKD - chronic kidney disease
ENE - Extranodal extension
EPE - extra prostatic extension
G1, G2, G3, G4 - Grade 1-4
HLD - hyperlipidemia
NM - Nuclear Medicine-
OSA- Obstructive sleep apnea
PNI - perineural invasion
T2DM - type 2 diabetes mellitus
TNBC - triple negative breast cancer
TPBC - triple positive breast cancer
- These terms have been added to the Context Sensitive Abbreviations List section:
NM- Nanometer, neuromuscular, nuclear medicine
SV - Seminal vesicle, Stroke volume
