The CRGC is seeking to hire one certified Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) for a Quality Control Specialist II (QCS II) position on our Data Quality Control Team.
The Cancer Registry of Greater California's mission is to capture timely, high-quality data from all cancer patients diagnosed in 48 of California's 58 counties, and to utilize this information for cancer research to improve health outcomes and reduce cancer morbidity and mortality. To accomplish this goal, the Cancer Registry of Greater California (CRGC), a SEER registry and a program of the Public Health Institute (PHI), is recruiting for one full time position (100% FTE) based in Sacramento, California; however, working remotely will be considered.
The Quality Control Specialist II on the Data Quality Team performs regional quality control activities including but not limited to audits, data reviews, deduplications, and resolving SEER edits.
