The High-Level Strategic Group Standards Alignment Task Force (SATF) reviewed the USCDI+ Cancer Registry Data Elements and drafted comments for public comment in the attached document. An introduction is provided as context and why public comment by the cancer surveillance community is important. The Task Force welcomes your feedback on this draft. If you have comments, please send them to SATF member Jessica Diamond at ply7@cdc.gov by August 30th.
The Task Force will review comments before sending them to the NAACCR Board and High-Level Strategic Group. Before NAACCR submits comments, we will distribute the final version for individuals/organizations to submit separately. Multiple, similar submissions will have a larger impact than a single organizational submission. We encourage the community to provide their comments directly at the USCDI+ website (you will need to create an account) or by attending the August 29th listening session.
