    Subject:     CDC NPCR's EditWriter 6.0.77 Release Now Available
      
    As discussed during the NPCR Registry Plus User Group (RPUG) monthly call on Thursday, February 19, 2026, we are pleased to announce the release of EditWriter 6.0.77.
     
    EditWriter 6.0.77 (released February 27, 2026) is now available for download.
     
    The enhancements included are designed to improve your experience and enhance the metafile optimization processes.
     
    NOTE: EditWriter 6.0.77 is compatible with EDITS51 Metafiles
     
    The installer includes:
    • Release notes and programmer documentation
    • A context-sensitive user help file
    • CStage0205.dll (for running Collaborative Stage edits)
    • Configuration files for generating reports
    • .NET 8
    • Visual Studio C++ redistributable
