A number of projects have recently been initiated to create tools and data sharing standards to foster a more cohesive and integrated approach. In this webinar, our presenters-Richard Moldwin, MD, PhD, Lead Physician Informaticist, CAP; Jessica Diamond, BA, ODS, Public Health Advisor, CDC; and Alex Goel, MI, CEO and Founder, Topology Health-will explore how integrating these standards can streamline data exchange, minimize manual data entry, and ensure seamless interoperability across healthcare systems. They'll also discuss the advantages and ease of using the APHL platform to streamline cancer data reporting.

Learning Objectives:
- Review how Structured Data Capture supports interoperability standards for Cancer Diagnostic reporting
- Discover the functionality of the APHL Platform and how it works
- Learn about future plans for routing APHL data through CDC Cancer Surveillance Cloud
- Identify how standards such as HL7 V2 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) allow labs to send and receive more structured and comprehensive data, improving the accuracy and efficiency of cancer reporting and research
