    One of the things we have found to be most helpful for staff new to working remotely is to maintain:
    1) a normal schedule as much as possible to help keep focus and
    2) regular contact (via email, phone, video conferences) with colleagues and management
    It probably sounds obvious, but sometimes the obvious disappears in challenging times.

    Great tips Mignon! Along the same lines as your first one, I find it's important to set a reminder to take a break.
