Elekta is looking for a Product Manager, Registry & Outcomes to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for development and maintenance of METRIQ® data management system. METRIQ® is a leading cancer registry solution which manages systematic data collection regarding new cancer cases, extent of diseases, treatment, survival, and cancer deaths. As a product manager, you will primarily oversee the development and day-to-day business of the web-based registry product serving a global customer base. This is a mid-level role.
Lead product definition by gathering and analyzing user requirements from customers and set the roadmap and vision for final product.
Engage external healthcare systems and care providers to understand and identify various use cases that can help mitigate customer's pain-points and improve existing workflows.
Execute on product planning with engineering to convert identified use cases from ideas to final product.
Co-lead product launch with marketing to make sure that customer goals are met.
Post-launch, interact with operations to monitor and respond to customer feedback via continuous product improvement.
Work in a cross functional environment comprising all levels.

Ability to travel 15% of the time, if needed.
3-5 years' experience in developing cloud-based ML product development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Master's in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Oncology informatics. Radiation oncology and cancer registry knowledge a plus.
