    Below please find information regarding an upcoming training opportunity for eMaRC Plus, Web Plus, XMLExchange Plus, and CRS Plus, taking place on May 30, 2020, at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL (Pre-NCRA Annual Conference). A pre-conference workshop for Registry Plus will be held on May 30, 2020, in conjunction with the 2020 NCRA Annual Conference. The intended audience is current and future users of eMaRC Plus, Web Plus, XMLExchange Plus, and CRS Plus. The full training on Saturday will run 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with a break midday when participants will be on their own for lunch.  Participants can attend the morning session on eMaRC Plus OR the afternoon session covering Web Plus, XMLExchange Plus, and CRS Plus OR both sessions for the full day. Participants do not have to attend both morning and afternoon sessions.     Workshop A: eMaRC Plus

    In the eMaRC Plus half-day workshop, participants will review different ways states use/process pathology data in the cancer registry (i.e. only processing cases in eMaRC Plus that aren't in CRS Plus; process only specific types of cancer cases; etc.) and receive training on HL7 message structure of pathology reports (NAACCR Volume V). Additionally, Registry Plus team members will provide workshop participants with guidance on and demonstrate multiple methods to export records to make the best use of Electronic Health Reports (HER) physician reporting in the cancer registry. Examples include: only processing cases in eMaRC Plus that are not in CRS Plus; process only specific types of cancer cases; process cases from only certain providers; process cases likely to have treatment data not otherwise reported. The participants should be familiar with Windows computing environment and have basic knowledge of HL7 and CDA files.

    8:15 – 9:15 AM          Review of eMaRC Plus ePath Module with an emphasis on new features and how states use the software

    9:15 – 10:15 AM        Training on HL7 message structure of pathology reports (NAACCR Volume V)

    10:15 – 10:30 AM      Break

    10:30 – Noon              eMaRC Plus Physician Module Export Feature: How to Get the Most Out of EHR Reporting

    For the May 30 Web Plus, XMLExchange Plus, and CRS Plus training, NPCR support team members will lead participants through an overview and review of specific features of Web Plus, and lead trainings for XMLExchange Plus, and CRS Plus recent enhancements, as well as discuss Registry Plus future enhancements plans.
