The Cancer Registry of Greater California (CRGC), a program of the Public Health Institute, is recruiting for a full-time Research Quality Control Specialist II (Research QCII). Under the direction of the Research Program Director II/SEER PI (RPD II), the Research Quality Control Specialist II (Research QCII) coordinates medical record abstraction for research special projects such as the SEER Patterns of Care (POC) study and the SEER Virtual Tissue Repository (VTR) project. The Research QCII works directly with the RPD II and Research Associate III/Research Project Coordinator to ensure that data collection for these projects complies with the specialized requirements of the POC and VTR projects and any other research projects requiring CTR expertise. This position is located in Sacramento, CA and reports to the RPD II. The CRGC is a NCI-funded SEER registry.
